Waterproof Walking Boots. Preferably 3 season which are well worn in.
Walking Socks. Consider a Spare Pair.
Daysack 35 litre approx
Waterproof Jacket
Waterproof Trousers
Comfortable Walking Trousers (Not Jeans)
Base Layer. Preferably Merino Wool or Synthetic Wicking Material (Not Cotton)
Mid Layer. Fleece or Long Sleeved Wicking Layer
Additional Extra Layer. Extra Fleece, Soft Shell or Lightweight Down Jacket
Gloves & Hat
Personal First Aid Kit
Personal Medication
Sufficient Food & Water for the Day
Water Bottle or Hydration System
Headtorch
